To report a maintenance issue please click on the “Report A Repair” link found under the Repairs section. You will then be diverted to our Fixflo website where you can easily report your maintenance issue.

Please remember when reporting maintenance issues to include as much information as possible, including the make and model of any broken appliances. Relevant pictures of the issues will also help so we can identify issues quickly.
Should the maintenance issue occur whilst the office is closed, please consider carefully whether it could wait until the next working day. If not, call the office and wait to be diverted to a member of our team. If the call goes to voicemail please provide full details of the emergency, a contact number and full address of the property including postcode and we will call you back at the earliest opportunity.
Please be aware that contactors attending non-urgent repairs which have been reported as emergencies will charge the call out to tenant(s).
